Job Title: Project Manager Marine sector

Location: Renfrewshire

Type: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday) with Hybrid Work Option

Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently plan and oversee the successful delivery of tasks across multiple projects.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, adhering to schedules, and staying within budget constraints.
• Communicate project status and performance using approved internal reporting processes.
• Effectively manage project constraints and conflicts, including resource and schedule demands.
• Support change control and contract variation processes.
• Collaborate with commercial and procurement functions in sub-contractor and equipment selection activities.
• Delegate and manage tasks among vendors, engineering, production, and support functions.
• Facilitate effective communication between key stakeholders to resolve technical, commercial, or procurement issues.
• Produce high-quality output within tight deadlines, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile for success.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in project management, engineering, or project coordination, with a preference for marine/offshore/subsea environments.
• Proven track record in handling commercially sensitive projects.
• Awareness of working to marine defense standards and international quality and safety standards.
• Possession of a full, clean driving licence.
• Demonstrated desire, drive, and flexibility to succeed in challenging environments.
